Good points first, the food was delicious, the waiter was polite and helpful. The octopus was cooked to perfection, fish was good, and the eggplant dip was excellent. No English menu which was fine with the little understanding of Spanish and Google translate! Our ceviche had a piece of plastic wrap in it. I told the waiter, the manager, I believe was Roberto, jumped in and got the plastic wrap, and went in the kitchen and give the folks in the kitchen a hard time. He showed up twice behind our table and took the plates of the table, brought the bill and not even once apologized for what happened. At the end I asked the waiter to bring him. I asked him whether it is normal to have plastic in your good and the obvious answer was no. I told him as a manager at a minimum an apology was in order. He said he went in the kitchen and have them a hard time. I told him this happens you can tell them to be more careful but you should take it for the team and tell your customer you are sorry. HE STILL KEPT THE ARROGANT FACE AND NO APOLOGY! We made sure the waiter gets his tip for his good work but will not visit the place and do not recommend it. The manager should lead the team to success not yell at them and refuse taking responsibility for the team.

Went here for a weekday brunch. The lobster sauce and shrimp omelette was so delicious and the sun-dried tomato omelette is an excellent vegetarian option. The pastries are very good too, especially the cheese one. If you get the hot cakes, I highly recommend asking for maple syrup/honey. Also went for dinner and it was absolutely amazing from the appetizers to the dessert. The servers are very friendly and helpful as well.

Disappointing.... We tried to eat here two years ago but it was closed. It was recommended back then and again this year. The restaurant itself is beautiful and right on the beach. The staff was very professional and polite. I feel like some of the reviews were petty on certain things, but I just didn’t like the good. I got the shrimp and langostino tacos. They were huge and had lots of cheese in them. I must have missed the cheese on the menu. Cheese and seafood? That’s generally a no no with a few exceptions. They were huge portions which some might think is good, but I prefer quality over quantity. My wife’s seafood burger wasn’t great either. The price wasn’t too bad. 960 pesos for Guacamole, a Burger, tacos, seafood burger, 2 beers, and a liquor drink. I just think the menu and food quality is lacking. The guacamole and the chips and habanero salsa were the best things. The view, service, and restaurant ambiance were great. It’s a shame such a great location has lackluster food.

Really had high expectations for this place given the location and price of food. Our server was patient and that was about the only positive. The drinks were terrible. I had to send my old fashioned back as it was super watery and the drinks ordered after were also watery but not as bad. The food was mediocre. The best thing we ordered was the guacamole. It was also warmer than desired inside. I’m not sure why the air conditioning wasn’t up a little higher give how hot it is in Merida. I would not return and I would not recommend.

Hmmm... Not too impressed with this overpriced restaurant. Definitely a good place for the right crowd but just not the best place for me My wife said her salad was one of the best salads she's ever had (maybe she was just too tired of tacos and craving a salad lol, I kid), but on the other hand my carne asada meal was just meh Pizza was pretty good. It's a very fancy place so the prices are obviously high, but the food does not make up for the high prices.
